BUILDING MUSCLE OVER 40, NATURALLY
I’m a 46 year young health and fitness content creator, editor and producer. Ironically, I spend far too much time desk-bound at home. To add more mayhem to a challenging work lifestyle I was blessed with my first child at 40.
Whilst trying to stay in shape, and at the same time peering into my lens at the wellness industry, I saw a need for people who work from home, like me.
I’m now entering the industry with about 15 years of home working experience under my belt. Having developed realistic, practical and sustainable ways to stay in shape I’m in a unique position to help you get in shape and build muscle. My approach is to help you fit exercise around your life, rather than your life around exercise (we’re just too damn busy these days).
